Auto Express praised it highly, and rightly so, and like you said, at that price, you can't really go wrong. In terms of foam lance fitment, you might want to check this, but I think the Lavor lance fitment will fit the Halfords gun. I personally never used a foam lance with my pressure washer, but I remember somebody on the forums here mentioning the Lavor fitment to be the right one. Hope that's useful!

Rich From Alqonquin, Ill Sometimes thinning the solution will help, but in any case make sure the line from detergent tank to pump is sealed, otherwise it just sucks air. I use a small hose clamp at pump.
